I am a supervisee of Katie’s and have been since I was a new graduate occupational therapist. Katie has provided me with emotional and practical support when managing challenging work environments as well as encouraging and coaching me on how to advocate for myself. Through her wealth of knowledge and experience, she has helped me have a new found appreciation for our profession as well as enabled me to implement professional boundaries, build my self esteem as well as my confidence in my work, which has had the best results not only for myself but for my clients as my professional growth and development with Katie’s guidance has been immense in a short period of time. I could not recommend Katie enough and I so look forward to our supervision sessions every month!

Katie Lancaster is a lovely professional Therapist. My daughter is going to her since last year at first we arranged to meet her through the school program and we were really happy with the process but now we are meeting her in private. Katie's sessions were really helpful for my daughter and I'm grateful.
