Not many areas for parking on the lot. I only went there for a visit but the houses were cramped and there wasn't many room for storage. I am not sure how much they pay, so I can't say it's worth it. However, the area is nice and there is a dairy near by.

Nice warm and dry medium density development, close to transport, shopping and parks. Very new so community is still starting out, but very promising.
