I contacted The Clock Shop regarding a Grandfather clock that I inherited in a non-working condition. Roger explained the options available and made his recommendations including a quote on price.The service I received from Roger was excellent. Finished in the quoted timeframe at the agreed price. Nothing was to much trouble including some help over the phone after getting it home. So happy to have it going again with the child hood memories it brings back. A highly recommended repairer.

Fantastic service from wonderful people. Roger is excellent at repairing clocks and watches and takes extreme pride in his workmanship. I received excellent service whilst he repaired my clock. Nothing was any trouble and great communication. Cost of repair was bang on with what I expected. I highly recommend them.
