Me and my partner were not having luck finding and syrups for our newly bought coffee machine. So after looking up the Shott brand and visiting their branch, we found the lovely Jordan and Emily who helped us with our queries about syrups and even got some chocolate powder to go with it! Amazing service and we won't likely buy any other brands from here on out!
