Great customer service and knows alot about caravans

Unfortunately we had subsequent problems with several of the items we had Dave repair/install for us. The first water pump he installed was completely under spec and unsuitable. He was good about switching it for us but the replacement pump failed after just one year with minimal use of the van (maybe 3 weeks total). Not being able to shower or even wash your hands on a weeklong trip (twice) is not acceptable to us. Another caravan repair company advised that the pumps like he used usually fail quickly and better quality should be used. The grey water outlet was poorly installed the first time and came dislodged on our first trip. Even after Dave 'fixed' it, it protruded lower than the lowest point under the caravan and as a consequence first the valve lever got bent by contact with the ground making it virtually inoperable, and on our latest trip the mounting again failed and the whole fitting came off, and then the outlet snapped off. We won't take our van back to Dave for repairs as we want the job to be done once and not fail.

I had a new water pump fitted as well as the attachment that it plugs into. But it turns out there was a leak. This good man at Caravan and Motorhome World simply said, 'bring it in and I’ll have a look at it'. So when I turned up he looked at it straight away and in less than half an hour the problem was identified and fixed for $40, including parts and labour. I was very impressed and very happy.

Dave is excellent to deal with and goes out of his way to help in any way he can and if he does have what you need he will either order it in or send you to someone that can help

Don't answer their phone or reply to emails so I can't recommend them.

Dave helped us out when we needed to use an aircompressor to get our fridge back up and running. Nothing was a problem and he was exceptionally helpful.
