I was excited to see what my selection would be based on my answers to your questions, and I can honestly say I was very pleasantly surprised. I loved every one one of the wines selected for me and am now excited again to see what the next delivery will bring:)

We LOVE Winedab, it's not perfect yet but we'll be sticking with it and have been telling friends, fam, and even colleagues all about it! It's great receiving wines that fit our flavour profile (as a couple we completed the survey together) and they've been incredibly on point thus far (3x dozen boxes since we joined, so a good selection). The team are very responsive and easy to communicate with (even during lockdown). My only improvement points to make are 1) prefer an app over an online portal which might also display extra detail better (can't scroll through the lines) and could offer a better way of organising/searching through previous wines for reference? and 2) sometimes the wines loaded to review don't have the name/detail loaded yet, just an ID code which later sorts itself out so only an issue if we drink before it's loaded..Overall, it's been a game changer for our wine buying experience :D Highly commended!

The wine is fabulous and expertly chosen by people who really know their wines! I've sampled both the Exquisite Entertaining and the Everyday Essentials selection boxes, and both were superb. What's great about WineDab is that you don't get locked into a monthly subscription and can dip in and out of receiving the box of your choice. I highly recommend them to everyone, especially during the lockdown period as they deliver the wine promptly and safely. Cheers!

Fantastic service and great wine every time! They take the time to get to know their customers and really personalize the orders. If they get something wrong, they are super quick to fix also without fuss. I love the convenience of the service also.

Great concept. Couldn’t wait for my box to turn up. The selection included a number of wines I’d never have picked in a store, as an example a USA Chardonnay which would have received a very wide berth from me was probably my favourite in the box. Quality of all wines was brilliant and delivery swift. The website is intuitive and great to be able to go in and rank your wines. Already looking forward to next months selection. Have been a part of a number of wine subscription services both here and the UK and so far Winedab is the best of the bunch.

Not worth the money (or effort). Best to just buy your usual.Initially, I was very excited to try Winedab. I received my first box and referred my friend also as the idea was good. On signing up I also received an email saying they guarantee that I will love the wines, or they will put in an extra bottle in my next order to replace the ones I did not like.Once I finished my box, I emailed to say what ones I did and did not like, and the reasons why. I assumed this would help them put together my next box. I also said in this email that I had referred my friend (and she had received a box) but that I did not get confirmation that she had signed up with my referral code which should have given my 20% off my next box. I never received a reply.Then COVID-19 happened and my financial situation drastically changed. I put my order on hold after they attempted payment (which failed due to funds) and emailed someone who confirmed that had put it on hold until a later date. Then, a few days later they attempted payment again, with it declining again because of my change in financial situation. I emailed again and the lady did apologise and said that the hold was not completed properly. I then said that I sent an email approx a week ago (at the time, the above paragraph) and the lady I was emailing replied every couple of hours and asked me to send again for her to reply. I have still not received a reply to the above, and it has been 2 weeks now.I'm sure this service is all good and well if you like to try wines that you wouldn't buy again (and can't buy them from anywhere else apart from through Winedab). However, after all this - taking payments when I was obvious to them that I did not have the financial situation to afford a luxury like this at this time, and only replying to some emails. I do not recommend at all.

I've had three deliveries now from Winedab and we've loved trying delicious new wines we don't usually have access to. Great prompt friendly service

A bit of a con. There was an issue with our delivery address and a number of orders didn’t arrive. They sent me a series of bogus tracking numbers to try and prove that they had been delivered. The wines were fine, but there were always a couple that could be found in the supermarket bargain bin.

I'm absolutely delighted by Winedab. I have tried various wine subscription services in the past (albeit none quite as technologically advanced as Winedab), but until now they always missed the mark. Winedab have delivered exceptional wines to date (and as a wine makers son, I am quite fussy), with excellent service to match. I highly recommend Winedab.

Got my first box of 6 wines after completing the quiz. Absolutely have loved every wine so far and how quick it was to arrive at my home.Highly impressed and have recommended to a lot people already!!!
