Wish I was told earlier before accepting a quote and paying the deposit. Absolutely shocking communication within the business and to their customers. Paid deposit October, was told a long wait, end of January, which is understandable these days. Rang end of Jan to get a ball park figure of when ready so builder can sort his workflow. No one knew, would say they would return my phone call, nothing had to call back to find out that they needed to do another measure…. Which apparently should have been done after deposit paid. Then was told it would be another couple of weeks….. this went on for at least another 4 times with no reasoning but say it will be done and finally received one of our items 6 months after accepting quote, then three weeks later for the remaining item. Their show room also didn’t stock samples of things that had been quoted to us.

I work there so obvisly 5 star.

Talked to owner/manager about a small job, was told someone will be around that day to look at it.A month later and no visit or phone call back.Rang and asked what was happening, was told they don't do small jobs....Pathetic, useless customer service.Don't give them business.Go somewhere else where they will do the job you ask of them.

Helpful reception, and Mark knows his products well. I enjoy visiting here.
