Vertical Arborists

Vertical Arborists are just the perfect company to do work for you. Their quote was WAY LESS than competitors. I was hugely impressed with their thorough approach to removing and stump grinding four HUGE trees. The cleanup they did was incredible (the whole garden and driveway looked way better than I ever achieve). I was also very impressed with their communication. Definitely to be recommended.

We were super impressed with Jack and his team - they clearly had the skills, knowledge and expertise to remove two tricky pines, right on the front boundary of our property, and dropped the trees in a 4x4m area with nothing outside that! A very professional outfit that delivered on everything they said they would, exactly when they said they would do it! If you have trees that need to be trimmed or felled, call these guys first and you won't regret it. I will certainly have them back to complete more tree work on our property!

We are very impressed with the quality of the work carried out by Vertical Arborists to remove some trees and trim others at our rural property. From start to finish (initial contact, site visit, quote and then undertaking the work), everyone we dealt with was very professional and communication from the company was excellent. In addition to carrying out the work we wanted done, they left they site very tidy and even winched a few large logs to a more convenient spot for us to deal with later. Jack and the team were very personable and obliging and we get the feeling they would have been like this even without the home baking I provided for morning tea and lunch! We had used another arborist once before but will only use Vertical Arborists from now on. We would have no hesitation in hiring them again, and we would happily recommend them to others. Vertical Arborists do excellent work at a reasonable price, they’re very safety conscious and professional, and they’re thoroughly decent people to deal with. The bag of lollies was a nice touch when they left too!The photos don't really do justice to the amount of work they did and the difference it has made to our property. It's a shame the pine trees on the left aren't ours or we'd be getting you to deal with them too!

Honestly can't speak highly enough of the work they did. We had 2 pines removed from the front of our house, they were quick and did an awesome job. Well worth the money. My garden was cleaner when they finished than when they started. Very professional and friendly.

Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. They really know their stuff, listened to what I wanted, explained what they were doing, were very careful with other plants and did an extremely thorough tidy at the end.

Work involved cutting up a very large dead Cedar barrel and stump into rings suitable for firewood and grinding the stump. The job was handled promptly by an experienced team with the cut wood being stacked tidily on the lawn adjacent to the site of the tree. I considered that some of the pieces would be too large to handle for splitting (not part of the contract) to fit the firebox of a Kent inbuilt fire and after discussion with Jack Taylor the company's Principal, he returned with a couple of his workers and further cut the large pieces that I had sorted. The site was left tidy at the conclusion of both work days with a large amount of sawdust being removed. I was very happy with the stump grinding done on another day by one operator. The grindings were left in a large tidy pile on the site of the old tree. I have used Vertical Arborists previously and consider they are most efficient operators and a good company to deal with.

Jack and his team at Vertical Arborists are very professional. They communicate with you and respond promptly.We had VA come out to our house in July for an estimate to remove our Elm tree in our garden.We got a notification from them that they were able to able to come in October and chop down our tree!We asked to keep the wood from the trunk to chop into firework and we got to keep woodchips from the branches for mulching our flower beds and various parts of the garden!
