When you are working for JCR it’s ok, the manager in the kiwi orchard are very friendly. BUT when you leave this company it’s TERRIBLE to get the holiday pay !! It’s not normal at all to waiting 3 weeks, make email, ring them and nothing happen ! All the time they find something to tell you and forget you. I am really upset about that.

A very professional company. They focus on their workers well being at work and assist us workers outside of work hours as well . Pay is based on experience and not on how long you have worked at JCR for . I would highly recommend working for these amazing employers.
