The BEST bike service I have ever had ( & I’ve had a few ) ! Very helpful staff, happy to answer any questions, top quality stock. Even lent me a curtesy bike while mine was being serviced. My own bike is not new but they have made it as good as, runs like a dream. Will my first go to when I buy my next bike. Top marks Rouleur.

Great service and knowledgeable guys. It turned out that I was due a sizable refund after a stocking issue. Refund was processed and deposited into my account within an hour!!!!

What a great find, friendly staff who actually know what they are talking about. Great advice and quality gear that's a bit different to your usual big chain stores.

This place has always treated me well - they're clearly bike nerds (in a good way!). They've always been thorough, and every upgrade/part replacement they've recommended has improved the bike. They're popular, so book your service ahead of time if that's what you need!

Recently I had my bike serviced & was well advised as to the level and price of service to go for, as my chain (and cables) needed replacing. At the end of the day I got a text to say my bike was ready and I picked it up. That evening I went for a short gentle ride but every time I put pressure on the pedals the gears slipped! I brought my bike back to the shop and was told that the cassette was worn and needed replacing.The reason I have given a 3-star review is because the service included a test-ride! When I questioned this I was told that they do not just go replacing parts. So I asked why I was not contacted and advised to replace the cassette at the time that it was serviced. If I had been called/texted I probably would have agreed to replace it then.Thank you for not charging me for labour when the new cassette was fitted, but I do not feel it was necessary for 3 men to explain to me what the problem was and try to justify the situation. It was my disappointment and inconvenience at having to bring my bike back to your shop, however I can report that my bike is now a pleasure to ride.

Nothing for cyclist. I had a problem with my brake and needed a bleed. I am a world wide cyclist on my way. The manager look in his tablet all the time and say: he can give me a appointment in 2 weeks. He give me a card, maybe there I can get help. That is not the system how it works. If you have so a store you must have a heart for cyclist and want help each other. Here nothing. The younger people lost everything from the good kiwis. I went to benny's shop, he stop his work to help. 15 minutes the brake was ready. That is the way how it works. A bicycle store managed from a tablet is not humand friendly. Zero stars.To your answer:Oh offended! I see you didn't understand anything. I travell 4 years by bike and I can say you are special.

I went there for a bike fit and a check-over. the guy was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am very happy with the service. I dont get tired as easy on the long ride now. thanks
