We were sampled fresh biltong upon our arrival at the butcher, bought $50 worth of biltong under the impression that it was the same and never in my life have I tasted sour biltong (started throwing up on my way home and had to stop on the side of the motorway)… definitely would not recommend.

Come here all the time for when I'm inspired to make dishes that require specific parts of the cow.Guys that work there are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Only reason I'd say you shouldn't go there would be so that I can hoard their supplies to myself.Plus, it's a family-owned business. What's not to like?

Excellent butcher actually has a good range of different cuts. Got a beautiful lamb shoulder and some lamb fat made excellent kebabs absolutely stoked to have found this place. Supermarket cut selections suck
