Too many services listed bur very happy to have booked into Grimmer Motors. Fantastic service, full invoice, attentive staff a pleaure to deal with. Felt fortunate to have found this garage. Like many others, it will be my first pick choice for car repairs -and its' close to home!

We were traveling through and heard noises when steering. Wanted to make sure it's safe to drive and asked for an inspection. We're verbally quoted $ 65, and were charged $ 120. This was for 20 min work ( we were in a cafe next door and saw it happening) , tightening a belt. When leaving the same noise appeared and we rang to talk to the mechanic and check if we needed to return. We were assured he d ring back after talking to another customer. We waited around. No one called. Overall unreliable.

My partner drove from Auckland to Hamilton for Grimmer motors to get an inspection and quote for replacement van door motors in our Delicate D5.Instead of doing the quote and inspection, they charged us $500 for a service (which we never asked for)!!!!Extremely mad and disappointed. They seemed to not care that we were from Auckland (or maybe overcharged us because of the fact).In total it was a 10 hour trip, plus the petrol cost and service cost we never asked for.Never trust booking online with these guys. You need to call and tell them multiple times what you are EXACTLY after, Otherwise they'll take you and your money for a ride.We could have spent that $500 feeding our family and paying our rent.

This business is quick in responding and easy to book with, price was reasonable and my headlights look spectacular.The job took some time however, but nothing super unreasonable.Overall excellent quality and a good experience.

I made a booking/enquiry online and it was booked for my preferred date very quickly. I went for the premium service as advised but not sure if I would again as it was very pricey for a service. Probably just do standard next time. I am sure they did a good job and my car smelt nice and clean when I picked it up, which was a bonus! :)

I’m so appreciative of the team here, They work fast and provided me with the best service for a fuel injection replacement, i have a urgent need to be able to travel at any given moment with my dad being terminally ill and other places had said they wouldn't touch the job for weeks as it was such a big one and being an Audi a euro car made them even more hesitant and yet Grimmer motors literally had it done and back to me in a day! Solved the issues and The cleaning service was a bonus thank you team definitely gana be my local for car repairs

Made a booking for a WOF. Got told to leave my car overnight. 24hrs passed, rang them to check if WOF had been processed, the response was no due to being too busy. Decided to pick up car, upon arrival noticed that the rear view mirror has been pulled off the windscreen and left on the passenger seat.Not only did my WOF not get processed despite booking an appointment, I picked the car up being damaged.

I really appreciated being given a quote for my specific warrant needs with a range of possible prices from previous cars like mine. It gave me the opportunity to sort some of them myself and leave mechanical expertise to Grimmers. A good job all round.

Great service, After this old lady got a quote for light surface rust on my car, i decided to get another quote from Grimmer Motors. It was a third of the price I was originally quoted. They were friendly and honest, i would recommend them to anyone, great service and a huge thanks
