Dirty,. no table numbers, one stressed shift manager trying to run the show while staff amdat bored at the counter doing literally nothing. 20 min wait for a mucked up stale order. Jesus wept.

Went through the drive through. My order was fresh and hot and it was accurate! Didnt skimp on the sauce like it was coming out of wages. Will be going there rather than Porirua

I have had a consistent experience at this McDonald of cold and stale food. Its quite confusing, it isn't uber eats order or anything, its when its just take away and is meant to be fresh.it feels like its been sitting around and poorly managed. It is very disappointing because ive always considered McDonald to be at the very least consistent and standardised. the chips are particularly bad.

Super frustrated. Never usually give bad reviews. However, for a 24hr joint I have zapped down for a quick burger after midnight on three separate occasions recently and not been able to get any service for various reasons. Tonight I sat at the drive-thru for 2 minutes waiting for service. In the end I just drove through because the person on duty was too busy cleaning a machine to serve.

Good service. The only thing i found was the air conditioning could have been cleaned and situated in a different place as it was directly over your food. This was up stairs.

Not much to say… a standard McDonald’s.Fries a bit hit in miss, burgers are good though, sometimes dirty sometimes clean.A bit disappointed in that they don’t give water bottles anymore but rather put tap water in a cup.

It's a lovely building, food typical & enjoyed, but unfortunately it was very busy (New Years Day though) and our table service was also non-existent, we collected the food & hot drinks, thinking we were helping them out, as they were so busy, only to discover we didnt have all the drinks, so had to make another trip downstairs. If we had waited for their table delivery, the food would have been cold.Did love the upstairs sitting area, hubby did say the men's toilet upstairs was broken.

Had my breakfast order delivered.Half the order missing, 90% of my orders during the last eight years have been wrong.Spoke with branch manager who wouldn’t even acknowledge or apologise for the incorrect order. I unsuccessfully tried to keep him “on track” as he just wasn’t listening or understanding and he walked away. I was neither rude nor angry, but frustrated and eventually assertive.A duty manager of Indian descent was listening the whole time, I’ve known him for about 20 years and he has always been polite and happy and he immediately appreciated and acknowledged my problem. I want to mention him because he really is the epitome of a great manager. He should be in chargeWith the amount of bad reviews spanning years you’d think McDonalds would have improved by now.I have contacted head office and awaiting reply.When will they learn???
