Have had a look 5x for a vehicle as was hoping to buy a brand new one locally. Unfortunately no one came out of the building to assist me. This was very disappointing service. The office lady had her back to me at her desk so was unlikely to see me. If you don't go out to see the customers, you may not get a sale. We got a lovely new vehicle in dunedin as a result of this very poor service and were very impressed with their customer service. Balclutha's loss.

Was interested in a vehicle and wanted to negotiate on price but the first email I received back from the Managing Director was very rude. Highly unprofessional. Wouldn't reccomend doing business with them.

This place is a Nissan and Suzuki dealership, and the owner also owns the Caltex and a tyre place on site - pretty much the whole block.If you want honesty and excellent service, come here. I was scouting around for a ute for over a week, drove out of my to check out this place, and learnt so much about the car and brand. Didn’t regret it and am buying a vehicle from them. They are top dudes, really easy to work with. Honest as.
