Couldn't fault the whole process from start to finish. The inspection and quote was done within days of contacting them. The contract was easy to understand and straight forward. They turned up bang on time every day, and the work was done professionally and quickly. They handled all the repairs, preparation, and painting. Roof went from drab to fab in a week ! If you dreaded spending $30k on a new roof, contact Roof Doctors first.

As others have said, a very professional service from the get go. Hamish was great to deal with and a good salesman, (had me sold) then Judy was the admin lady who I had the most contact with, she was amazing to deal with and a really good communicator. The actual roofers I didn’t get to meet however they did a brilliant job and I’m loving the look of it.It’s very stylish and I feel like my house is now solid and waterproof compared to the old tile roof and dealing with leaks during heavy rain, I’m a really happy customer thanks!

Very happy with the whole process from estimate, roof repairs, painting, and follow-up. The communication was great throughout, and the job was completed much quicker than I anticipated. Fantastic company to deal with. Right from the first contact, inspection, quote, scaffold installation, chimney removal, new roof, clean up etc. The work force were polite, friendly, conscientious, happy to discuss anything with us. They did a beautiful job in a timely fashion. I highly recommend the Roof Drs.

Great customer service, great communication if there was a delay due to weather they would let you know. When roof Doctors came they went up on to the roof to look and measure so the quote would be accurate. The roof looks amazing, good quality product.. The roofers cleaned up after they had finished and they made special care in making sure my doggies wouldn't hurt themselves on any of the old roof as it was collectedto be taken away...

I have contacted 4 companies for quotes for a new roof. Two I still haven't heard back from, one a lady came 2 days later than she said she would and didn't seem to know what she was doing, and the Roof Doctors guy was the first to get back to me, the first to come around, was very knowledgeable and friendly and has already got a quote to me! Excellent service. I really appreciate it.
