Peppers Bluewater Resort Lake Tekapo

Peppers Bluewater Resort is an amazing place to stay! The location overlooking Lake Tekapo is stunning and the apartments are spacious, comfortable and very clean. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for our work trip. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we were able to enjoy it every morning with a cup of coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be back again soon! Highly recommend Peppers Bluewater Resort for anyone looking for luxury accommodation in a beautiful setting.

Lovely hotel! Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided maps of the location and of the food options nearby. The view is amazing! Bed was comfortable and comes with a warmer. There’s extra duvets and blankets as well. The bathroom was well equipped. If visiting during cold seasons, would recommend to bring bedroom slippers as the hotel does not provide any. Overall, I had an amazing stay and felt really comfortable in the room!

The most incredibly magic experience at this accommodation!Easy access to all facilities and go above and beyond with their hospitality and manaakitanga.Easy sort walk to the town and hot pools so location is perfect and couldn’t be better!Best honeymoon location to stay ever!! Amazing apartment with lake view. Spotless and big and comfortable. We loved it. We such a lovely surprise for our wedding anniversary. The views were still fantastic even though it was cloudy and rainy which cannot be helped. Dinner was delicious. The staff were fantastic. They accommodate us even though we didn't make a reservation which I recommend as it is popular.

Our stay at the Peppers Bluewater Resort at Lake Tekapo was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff took great care of us. We were pleasantly surprised by our 2 bedroom lake view villa, which exceeded our expectations. The villa consisted of a one bedroom two-level villa with a hotel room that had its own ensuite, mini kitchen, and TV. This setup was perfect for our 18-year-old son, and we were thrilled with the additional space and amenities. The view from our room was breathtaking, and we had no trouble finding convenient parking. The buffet breakfast in the restaurant was what you would expect from a reputable hotel chain like Accor. However, we did have a slightly underwhelming experience with the room service. One particular dish, the squid salad, was quite disappointing for its price. My wife was lucky if she received three cut-up squid rings. Thankfully, we had some salad items in our room to add to it. Despite this minor setback, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peppers Bluewater Resort. It was a truly pleasant experience overall.

Had a great stay. The restaurant food was excellent and the staff were also excellent. The only issue was a lack of direction with parking. One car parked sideways taking up three car spaces. Car signage would be beneficial. The room with lake views was good. A TV in the bedroom would be better for the use of the apartment

Poor experience overall, the units were not well set up, with cramped bedroom spaces downstairs and a massive upstairs area with much wasted space.Only one toilet/bathroom, which given the size of the units is poor.Happy there was a combo washer/dryer, but not much space for luggage in the rooms.Also, no additional facilities like gym or pool, so pretty poor value overall in my opinion.
