Brilliant place! After a horrible experience in Palmy, we were recommended to try Vai's place and what a difference! We will not waste our time with any other places around Palmy and would much rather drive to Fielding to Vai's shop for a good and honest service!

Very honest and reliable top quality service and always with a smile

Absolutely disgusted by the service i received. Was told after my diagnostics check i needed sparkplugs and a new cover gasket. I was told it would cost a few hundred. I picked up my car later that afternoon and was given a bill for $985.00. I told them this was far from the few hundred i was told and even asked if i could pay $650 and pay the rest off. They said absolutely not and if i couldnt pay they would take the bits out of my car and charge me for the labour. I was 8 months pregnant and it was 2 weeks before xmas. Even after offering to leave my car there until it was paid as collateral they again said no. Vai seemed willing to make a deal however his nasty wife/office lady basically shut him down and told me no and told him to take the parts back out. And after all of that i paid $465 in labour and my car was returned not only still broken but now had a massive oil leak and when i asked vai about it he told me to leave. I would NEVER EVER recommend this business to anyone especially a woman who they see as a target to get away with charging more. Absolutely disgusting service
