TANK Silverdale - Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps

Poor slow service. 20+ minute wait due to them forgetting about my order when I paid in-store. Like how does this even happen with 3 staff on duty. Don’t recommend this branch.

We went to this place yesterday and we waited 45 minutes for a juice. What let down the place was the staff, they were making the wrong juices a few times. We had to approach the trainee at the counter to place our order, she was standing there watching how the other 2 ladies work, but she was not greeting or saying anything. I ordered a large juice paid $9, they were wanting to gave Medium size juice. Waited few more minutes to get my order. I love the juice but it's not worth it to wait 45 mins for it. Other customers waited a significant amount of time for their orders too.

My family and I wanted to have lunch at Tank silverdale today. When my partner ordered a medium mango zest, mini strawberry fields and a tank Caesar salad. I noticed there was a combo option. The employee overcharged us and didn’t even mention about the combo deal. This is terrible customer service and the employee stated that: “head office don’t allow us to promote deals and to have it automatically change the price in the system”.After a heated discussion the employee kindly refunded us the difference. I thought this feedback would be valuable as the complete disregard for customer trust and satisfaction. Also misleading customers about the best price for the consumer. Don’t rip customers off right in front of there faces and then have an argument which then leads to a refund. Should be a quick apology and refund.

Nothing more frustrating than driving to a store and they say sorry we’re closed at 4:30pm when the store says 5pm close

Bhumika is the manager and she’s awful to deal with here refused to refund me and said I hadto get my money back through an online team when it’s owned by the same company . Rudest customer service from her refused to remake my sour drink she made me after I told her I buy these everyday and that it was very sour . Won’t be returning this tank has been thrown to the dogs it’s really turned to custard big time .

A year ago I wrote a scathing 1 star review about this place. And they finally listened. The grumpy, self absorbed staff have gone and been replaced by lovely smiling faces. Usi served us yesterday and was friendly, efficient and a delight. Great to be back.

My orders are great and delicious as expected from Tank but the service here the few times I’ve been had been notably dull. They don’t greet or thank or wish any farewell. It’s just a bit sad in there... otherwise it’s clean tidy and they make good food (ps. music could do with a review, it may be the reason the staff aren’t happy lol).

Have been a regular customer here since they opened in Silverdale, but I will no longer be giving them my business. Why? Because they aren't even open to make a salad! The endless excuses of being short staffed have worn thin with the regular customers. The online ordering function has been out of order for months, same as Whangaparaoa. Seems like a new franchisee is needed.

work service takes them so long to take your order, no smile forgetting drinks amd no organisation or communication between staff , not to mention smoothies so thick you cannot drink them

This Silverdale Tank I frequent weekly buying about 5 salads or smoothies for the family. I've witnessed every time I'm there, a particularly staff member being blunt & unfriendly to staff & customers. Not a pleasent experience.
