Exceptionally bad communication, have waited over a week for simple responses in many instances.I feel my case hasn't being taken seriously or isn't a priority because I'm getting Legal Aid.Would not recommend.

These guys are a joke.If you're into not having your calls returned, not getting replies to emails, this is the perfect law firm for you!They also seem to be pretty spineless when it comes to sticking up for their clients, so don't expect them to fight for your cause.I most definitely do not recommend anyone use this outfit, for both criminal and family matters.

So, my dad chose to use this useless law firm.Probate ended months ago.Jenny beck law keeps promising to resolve my dads will.But not doing it.Jenny beck law won’t even reply to our questions by email or phone.

DONT USE THIS FIRM!!! If I could rate this firm a -5 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting. They don't listen to you. They have made huge errors with my case and then try and blame me for it!!! I have now had to go somewhere else. You would be better to represent yourself than go through them. This firm should not be in practice anymore

Doesn't reply to emails or calls. Fails to remember the case information. Doesn't fight for the case at all, just a basic bureaucrat. Unless you are only looking to fill legal paperwork I'd strongly recommend against hiring this firm.I hired Jenny for a family law case. Almost a year on and no progress at all. No replies to emails and calls for weeks and laments having to actually fight a case.
