A poor, non-empathetic business practice by the owner, won’t ever do business with him. I’ve given good words of mouth to colleagues for his quality of work previously. It’s a shame that his humanity hasn’t grown for the post-Covid world.

The service is okay, but I had paid a surcharge with my DEBIT card. Totally understand some business would charge more for CREDIT card or Paywave payment. It has a notice for the surcharge so I used my DEBIT card swiping. I felt kind of weird why the photographer right took the eftpos machine away from me after I swiped my card, not choosing any accounts and not entering my PIN. Now I found out it definitely would charge you more if u go with the card payment. Next time please let us know if u take cash only.

Customer service is too bad compare with the high prices, do not look at you when he is speaking. It makes me feel very rude. Not recommended.
