BEST WINE STORE I'VE ORDERED FROM.Perfection of customer service. I got everything I asked for, quickly and with a smile.I tried to order online from the Auckland store and got stuck on a tech problem. The store's rep reached out, attached my order and asked how to help. We got on the phone and I had a bunch of concerns and triple-checked everything and added specific requests, and all responses were kind, quick and efficient. I actually got the feeling that the rep honestly wants me to be happy :)The bottles arrived safe and on time.Best shopping experience possible. I've ordered wine deliveries in multiple countries, never been so delighted.Stock and prices also good. Website easy to use.But honestly the customer service was so good that I'd go back regardless.

This shop has all the alcoholic drinks that I am after. Excellent range and spacious shop to comfortably browse the selections. Thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting evenings too.

Great discounted wines for sale online and offering pick up at their warehouse (weekdays only!). Great variety and many bin-end selections, good value for money. Makes it easy and inexpensive to sample different varietals and wines from different terroirs.

A great place to just hang out taking the atmosphere and to be informed by the experienced sales people there. purchased some great Wines and some different craft beers yesterday. Looking forward to 28th July to sample some of the Bordeaux wines on sale

We live in the UK but my husband's family live in NZ. We have used finewinedelivery.co.nz to send gifts to his family / friends multiple times and have been delighted with the service.
