Kitchen Studio - Wellington

We had our small kitchen re-designed and installed by Kitchen Studio Wellington. This transformed our living area which initially had small dark kitchen, into a light and bright space which really is the heart of our home. Throughout the process they offered professional advice, yet listened to our needs and were realistic in offering solutions, to meet our needs and our budget. The installation process was made seamless. I would have no hesitate in recommending Kitchen Studio Wellington to anyone. If fact we are now building a new home, and we won't go anywhere else!

We are thrilled with our new kitchen and enjoyed working with the Kitchen Studios consultant to create the finished product. We were able to find the perfect colours in their range for our ‘beach side’ house bringing great contrasts and features. They happily incorporated our requests creating a bespoke unit and shelving. Anything that wasn’t quite right got sorted without a fuss and our installer, with his attention to detail, was fantastic.

We used Kitchen Studio, Wellington, to design and install our kitchen/laundry. Wai, our designer, was a dream to work with. She was professional, enthusiastic and very client-focused. She had a great vision for us and made spot-on suggestions while at the same time, accommodating all our ideas. We were also very happy with the installation, which was in two stages. Both times, the installers worked like trojans and found creative solutions to unexpected workarounds. The quality of the joinery is outstanding and we were particularly impressed with their attention to detail. We wouldn't change a thing.

Kitchen Studio Wellington worked with me to design my dream kitchen as part of my renovations. They were professional, responsive, provided great advice and overall did a great job. However, the actual installation process following agreement on the design and paying up front, was protracted and there were many issues. These ultimately were resolved but caused lengthy delays to completion of the project, and could have been avoided if more attention to detail was applied to preparing the cabinetry for installation. In spite of these issues which were a real headache, they did a good job and I would recommend them.

Trusted!! You must be joking. The customer is my daughter and her family who have lived with us during the extended renovation of their house. Your terrible communication, refusal to admit fault ( until last week) over the past year has put appalling stress on our family. Kitchen Studio sounds fine until something goes wrong. Then the customer has paid in advance and Kitchen Studio doesn’t want to know.

Unsurprised that it took a further two months for Kitchen Studio to respond to the following review! So much for their claim" to be customer focused. We have an existing Kitchen Studio - Wellington kitchen and required replacement of cabinet door arms. We called first and then took the cabinet door in for repair - at that time the shop attendant was unhelpful and rather discourteous. However

Our kitchen renovation was seamless... the tradies that KS recommended were fantastic, professional and reliable, and their work was completed to a high standard. We were really happy with Fiona's design and the kitchen is transformed not only aesthetically, but is also functionally 100 times better. Great communication from Darren who did a great job at pulling all the threads together on the arrangement side of things. The only thing that held the renovation up was a Level 4 Covid Lockdown, and as soon it was possible, the KS team were back on it! Thank you Tory Street Team!

Chris designed our kitchen. He listened and he delivered. The result is efficiencies and convenience beyond our expectations. Chris has harmonized the kitchen with the rest of our home in a way that makes it visible, welcoming and accessible. A bonus is that the new sight lines reveal outlooks that blend kitchen with outdoors.The quality of the cabinetry is great. William was a fabulous installer with high skill levels and very high standards. The trades were great to have on site and their skill and the results they produced excellent. Every one of them was determined to insure our satisfaction and they did.
