I drove up from Tahuna especially to visit PhotoShack to purchase equipment for my new podcast business. The staff were awesome in every way for this media novice. I purchased exactly what I needed with fairly priced products. Highly recommend PhotoShack for your photography and other media projects.

Amazing service. I live in invercargill and ordered 4 items online. I was notified the next day to say 2 items where ready but the other 2 where arriving in a week or 2. So they sent me the 2 items straight away and the next 2 a week later. Kept me informed the whole time. Fantastic.

NEGATIVE 10 STARS!!!!! This company blatantly LIES about its shipping practices. I will be making a complaint with the Commerce Commission about this. We are in NZ for a limited time specifically for photography, I placed a sensor cleaning kit in my cart to have shipped to the south island, which in caps and bold stated IN STOCK
