If I could vote 0 stars I would.Karen Yang sent a conditional offer through asking for the deposit to be placed within 4 working hours or else they would move onto the next applicants. The offer had no bond lodgment, residential tenancy agreement, or health homes standard (of which is legally required). When asked if we could have a bank deposit slip we were met with the threat that if we can't pay, the owners will move onto someone else instead and they had provided a bank account number which was enough. We tried reaching out to Karen and Ben Zheng via phone, text, and email to get any of the forms before our deadline with no response; 10 minutes after the deadline was up, she emailed saying the owners had moved on.We were initially excited about the prospect of the home, but now relieved we didn't get it. If an issue had arisen, it is clear we would have been completely ignored.Without a doubt, this has been the most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Mission’s Hang is highly professional and efficient in many ways. She has rich experiences in the rental property market and provided us with valuable advice through the process. She is also quick and responsive in communication. She followed up with us and the tenants proactively and helped to finalise the rental agreement in a professional manner. The results are: we got our property listed and rented out to a lovely and decent couple within only a week. Highly recommend.
