Vivid Hair

I went to Vivid Hair to get pink colour done. The first time I went, there was hardly any pink whatsoever, so after talking to the salon they offered to re-do the pink. However after getting it re-done, the colour lasted only one wash, and was all gone about 2-3 days after I left the salon. I’m extremely disappointed & frustrated as the salon advised me it would last approx 15 washes. Such a waste of time & money, and when I asked the salon how they could rectify this I was made to feel as if it was my fault & was rudely spoken to. Would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a new colour, best to go somewhere they know what they’re doing.... Will never come back to Vivid Hair!!

Super stoked with my cut.Best hairdressing experience for a long time. The time was taken to discuss options suited to my curly hair and also how to maintain the style after the cut. Every member of staff were very friendly and chatty making the experience more enjoyable. They went out of there way also to provide me with some local information as I was new to the area. Highly recommend.

Absolutely disappointed with the way their staff handled my appointment! I booked in to get loose curls for shoulder length hair for a high school ball I had that evening, and after several attempts to contact them through phone and message via messenger, informing them that I may be running late as my ride got lost on the way to pick me up, they finally reached out to me and said if I were to be more than 15 minutes later than my booked appointment time, it would be cancelled.. anyway I arrived literally less than 5 minutes after that phone call and as I walked through the door to the front, a lady who I hadn’t even booked in for, rudely tells me I was “too late” and basically the only way they could help me is if I were to get my hair straightened?! First off, I’m not going to pay $85 for a shoulder length hair straightening service which I could literally do in my own home! And to add, this would only be the straightening itself, seeing I already washed and cleaned my hair, like asked. And secondly, after politely telling her, I had tried numerous times to reach out to them, she still had the audacity to tell me I was “too late” even though it was only 4 minutes past my scheduled time(funny how her story changed from “15 minutes later” to “5 minutes is already too late”)! So after about 5 more minutes of negotiation she was still trying to put the blame on me, and feeling embarrassed, seeing there were so many people around, I decided just to leave. And even as I was walking out the door, this lady was still being very hostile with her remarks! Which is quite frankly disgusting! Thinking back, I’m not sure if it was my big, beautiful curly mane that scared her off(she probably knew she couldn’t handle it lol) but I wish they would’ve been more professional about the way they handled the whole situation, seeing that my ball was literally that night and I had been booked in weeks beforehand.. Anyway, as someone who was once a really loyal costumer, who my sisters and I would always turn to for our hair services, I was and still am thoroughly disappointed with the lack of professionalism shown from this salon(the manger in specific, who was the lady I was apparently dealing with, which makes this even more disappointing). Hope my experience helps yall improve in the future..

Sheryl and her team are AMAZZZZZZING hairdressers. I recommend them often to my friends and they also are thrilled with the service they receive.

I had the pleasure of having my haircut by Kim. She knew exactly how to treat my hair type (super curly) and as a bonus was extremely funny and kind. It was without a doubt the best haircut I have ever had. The rest of the staff were also warm and inviting and I will be a returning customer!

Two fantastic experiences with both of my daughters. Gorgeous hair for their school balls and great value. Sheryl and Ben were so lovely. We will definitely be back.
