The owners clearly don't need the revenue collected from this business. No regular maintenance, half the machine's don't work and the token coin system is laughable and unobtainable. How hard is it to run a do it yourself" laundromat???"

Sapent $20 to dry medium load. Still damp. Apparently gas run out but not their fault nd I go up not be angry about inconvenience. ???>?

I have used this facility over thr past two months, 1st 2 visits were ok. The last two visits have been very frustrating I used a large machine for a large load the machine failed after 10 mins, then tried to select other machines to the washing and the touch screen panel for eftpos failed. As a redult i vould not dry my washing and had to lug half cleaned washing home and I lost $8, I have arrived here again 4 weeks later the eftpos machine is still in operative and had drive into ruaka shopping centre to purchase tokens.If you going to run this as a business do it properly and take it seriously - dissapointed

Great machines and easy to access and use with eft pos etc but please can you have a mask reminder in these times. The auto sliding doors reduce ventilation opportunities. Mask up Ruakaka.

Nice and clean. Great to be able to use eftpos , credit , or tokins. Bit more expensive than others I have been to tho.

Only 4 out of 10 machines work now. Haven't been fixed for weeks, some for months. Some dryers out of order too.

It's ok they do their best however the machines are not always working correctly and it's a nightmare to actually make payment because they always require tokens. People like myself who may live quite rural plan to come and it's non operational...
