They charged price for nothing for one month despite We switched to another provider, as their prices were overrated. They have no customer ethics. Could have explain more but have no time. But Definitely will not recommend anyone to switch with NOW BROADBAND.

BE AWARE, NEVER use NOW Broadband. Seriously, they seek to charge me for a whole month which I don't use, even after a 12 month contract. Seeking to take advantage of customers is not a long way of running a business. And the customer service is beyond complain, I would like to give negative stars if possible.

Requested over the phone to cut off my internet on the 2nd of Feb 2023. There was no explanation of what time the internet would be finished so, expected at midnight or late afternoon during the business closure hour.However, it got cut off at 9.45 am. I asked NOWNZ, and they confirmed your internet is now finished. So I had to pay extra to get internet on the last day to work from home.I was fine until I got another message from NOWNZ saying I will be invoiced up until the 2nd of Feb. I emailed them and asked if you are charging for a full day fee when you cut off at 9.45 am, and they said that is their policy.I am okay with paying this last-day fee of $3 or $4 as I was delighted with your service for a year, but the way they disconnected my internet without notice makes me very disappointed.talk to them about finishing day/time if your new internet provider starts on the following day.

If I could give a no star review, I would. I have been with NOW for many years and raved about them at the start. It seems as the years go by, they get less and less caring about their customers, more about money - either way, they DO NOT CARE ANY MORE. I rang today about my 91 year old mother's internet. All she needs the connection for is so that I can see her on a security camera - to keep an eye on her in case of the obvious for her age group. At least 2-3 times a week I have to reset her modem because the internet drops. I rang today to see if they could do something about it. I reset it and it was back on. Nothing new there. I told them what about the fact that it drops out so many times a week - apparently it is not a 'fault' until it drops out at least 10 times in a week (really? who came up with that figure - is that because 9 was the average drop out times?). No other help was offered other than maybe you should just reset it every day or so". Sure - I have nothing else to do on a daily basis but reset a modem. Time to find a new provider - steer clear of these rogues - not sure how they sleep at night - would they put up with constant internet drops? Do they have an elderly parent who doesn't have enough money to get fibre? Do they have time to go to their elderly parent's house most days to reset a frigging modem? As soon as my contract is up - I'm looking for another provider as well - NOW service sucks!"

Recent bout of Covid meant I was isolating at home and required to contact a number of people by phone for ease of use I used the landline$90 for 29 calls majority of which would have been very short duration .Time to change providers

I had and will never be anymore a customer of NOW Napier, I was a customer for a good 4-5 years, never missed a payment and very seldomly had to call with any issues. I would consider this to be a loyal customer in this day and age with all the specials going around that I could of signed up for. My issue is I have sold my house and I am unable to find a new house so have to move into my family's property with 2 months left on my contract, I called to cancel or hold until I find a new property, The person on the other end of the line refused to do any of these and said you can pay $199 cancellation fee or keep paying the balance of the account. This is the only utility company that has had this approach, I have been with my Gas, power and green waste providers for a similar time line with similar contracts and they have all said we will hold the contract as you are a loyal customer. be careful signing up to contracts with NOW NZ.

Have never had an issue with NOWNZ what would be really helpful for paying bills etc is if NOWNZ actually got a mobile app like most other internet companies have it can make things a little easier for some people. Apart from that I'm really happy with customer service and any enquiries I've made with them.
