My fiancee placed a booking 1 month in advance to get waxing a few days before our wedding. Gillian suddenly cancelled almost a week before the appointment. When trying to reschedule with her she didn't responded for a few days so we had to book in with someone else which was difficult because it's so short notice. Disappointing customer service.

A+++ customer service. Best wax I've been for yet . My new go to. Price is definitely well worth it. Beautician definitely knew what she was doing aswell as giving me handy self care tips. Love that you can do online bookings.

Thanks Gillian for my lovely Christmas thumb nails yesterday. I am not the best photographer but hope this gives people an idea of the great work Gillian can do. I had a wonderful pedicure and gel manicure yesterday. I had the most awful cracked heels and in such a short time Gillian has got them looking great and I don't have to feel ashamed to get out there for the summer and show my feet off. Thanks Gillian.
