Homerit

We studied sustainable building for years prior to building our retirement home on Waiheke Island in 2017. The home is almost chemical free incorporating among other things 90% untreated timbers, soy based adhesives in plywood fittings and natural oils. The Homerit uPVC window system with low E, Argon units were chosen. Now, after four years of occupation, I'd say the window system is one of the best features we could have included. The house is seasonally warm and cool, quiet and with insect screens completely free of mosquitoes even on the edge of a bush site. We made a good decision choosing Homerit and I'd highly recommend your window system to anyone wanting to build a healthy, sustainable eco friendly home.

Replaced all our windows with double glazed inserts from homerit. Simon and Lydia were very helpful and responsive throughout.Nigel and his installation team were also brilliant. Very happy with the outcome!

I had a very pleasant experience with Homerit. Friendly team and reasonable price. Although I had to wait about 6 weeks for the installation (same for most companies in the industry these days), they were installed on time and the installation team was friendly and helpful and caused minimum disturbance. I am very happy with my double glazed tilt and turn windows. Highly recommended!

Lydia has been very very good to work with throughout this process and even after installation has been very helpful to us.Nigel was our window installer who was also incredibly professional to work with. He took time to explain the process to us and any recommendations while on site. He also communicated very well with us to help ensure installation was as fast and smooth as possible.The products themselves are excellent - the only watch out would be to ensure you think about whether you want window stays and where you want them before buying as they do not come as standard.
