Absolutely the best service at the busiest time of the year. They got us up and running then completed the job soon after Christmas. Superb workmanship, excellent communication, did more than we expected in terms of service and really can't recommend highly enough!

Clearly saw me coming in as what they thought was a 'naieve female' and thought they could try on. They looked at over my car and quoted me $1500+GST. I shopped around and ended up getting the exact same job done for $540 (incl GST). I went with the $540 company, and the car came back 100% perfect. Shame on you, Baileys. That's way too much of a discrepancy in price to be okay. Nice try though.

Baileys fixed our bumper and boot after being pranged by another car recently. They were great to deal with and couldn’t have done a better job. Cheers guys!

I just had an insurance repair job done. Now looks as good as new and car has been thoroughly cleaned. Great service from Baileys, totally trustworthy, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Strongly recommend any other panelbeater, while my car was being fixed they lent me a courtesy car that was simply unfit for the road. As expected the car stopped working out of nowhere and it had to be towed to the mechanics where I had to pay for the service and the new part. You would imagine that they would apologise and be thankful that I had its old malfunctioning car back to health, but that was far from the case. Not only they refused to pay for the mechanics but also took my brand new installed part as their own and stopped answering my emails.Overpriced GANGSTERS!

I've used Baileys panelworks. Tauranga a few times over the years and have been extremely satisfied with the panel work completed on vehicles. The quotes were subject to availability but I was fortunate that within 2 weeks a date was organized to have insurance repairs done. I didn't hire their courtesy car this time but have done in the past and was aware of the fine print borrowing it. Baileys went the extra mile to ensure the slightly damaged latch had a bit more strengthening. The car was cleaned inside and was presented looking better that before. Always satisfied. Again I had excellent service, was given a time frame of when they could do the work, how long it would roughly take and what work would be undertaken.True to form, the job was excellent, a couple of minor issues were addressed plus my car was clean when I collected it.Always impressed and happy with their business.
