NOWW Retreats
The NOWW Retreats are amazing! I went on my first one in July 2019 when I was going through some personal trauma and the retreat helped me to actually relax and how to deal with your emotions and the friends I have made from there are still my friends today! I have also been on 5 retreats since, they are the highlight of my year! Wendy and Millie and the NOWW team are just amazing they make you feel like family and so cared for and nothing is ever a big ask! I would definitely recommend them and will be back for another one soon!!!
