Great store, well laid out, I didn't ask for assistance and wasn't asked if I required any in the shoe department. Found shoes that fitted, was served at the checkout by a pleasant young man.

Went in to buy a father's day gift and decided on the Casio digital watch discounted to $349. I didn't realise it at the time but I was given the shop display model that was dull and dirty and just placed in the box without the watch tin (as in the picture I found online) For that price I would have expected a new watch with an unopened box and not one that people have tried on and it would have been ultra appropriate for it to be placed in the tin that they come in especially as it's a gift. Definitely not happy.

Big enough store and nice enough staff but who's idea was it to put a basketball hoop up in the front of the store next to the aisles!!! Absolute worst shopping experience I've had in a while - was either hit by a lost ball or stopping one from hitting me while trying to shop.

I went to buy a scooter for my son on 17th December and decided to buy a pair of shoes and hat. Great price and the quality. The shop wasn't too busy . They had plenty of staff members around but they were rather socialise than helping customers. It took me while to find the right products that i was looking for. Disappointed with the quantity of service!

1st good quality products and good prices, now the service, staff members running away avoiding to help, you will find staff around socialising with other team members while pretending to work, you can see a number of customers looking for staff to get help, but nooo, they are hiding tucked away talking to each other, please don't try staff shortage"excuses on me

Very busy store but staff as helpful as they can be and always friendly!!The shoe section quite often hard to find the right pair of shoes as it's quite chaotic but something for Management to work on.

The shoe department is very untidy was very difficult to found the right size in the same box or the correct size and brand at the display. The staff was very helpful if they do come past and ask.
