Had my AOW and deep speciality with the team. Lovely people who are responsible and skilled. Reasonable price and fun time. They love diving and sharing. Definitely a great diving centre to go with! Thanks Craig, Sophia, Raa, Rob and Gene and Emma!

2 days of great diving at The Canterbury Wreck and the surrounding areas. Craig and the team were awesome and really thorough with great knowledge of the area and dive sites. Will be returning to to the rainbow warrior wreck when the weather permits. Thanks for having us!

Myself and a couple of mates come over from Sydney to dive with Paihia Dive - We were thoroughly impressed!Dive Shop and boats all very well organized, staff friendly and professional, and catered to our needs perfectly - Good Safety and Site briefings meant that we were able to get the most out of our dives.Thank you for some awesome diving! We WILL be back!

We have dived with Craig and team a number of times and they work hard to cater for everyone on the boat. They structure the diving during the day to suit all levels of experience and nobody goes home disappointed. The diving is hard to beat with easy access to the HMNZS Canterbury, Rainbow Warrior and local protected reefs. The boat rides are short and the crew entertaining.

Amazing experience!everything was great! the communication with the owner Craig was amazing, he was very helpful with organizing (we were coming to NZ with a cruise ship so had a very tight schedule). The diving instructors were very professional, nice, and funny. The equipment was in a very good condition and the dives were spectacular, water was 21-22C, we have seen huge Spiny lobsters, Moray eels, an eagle ray and loads of very friendly fish.our favorite part was the currents in the toilet" at Putahataha island.Thank you Paihia dive team :)"

Very impressed with this outfit.First, the rental gear is high quality. Integrated weight, good quality regs, wetsuits in good conditions with boots and gloves, and nice fins. Computers attached to gauges in case you don't have one or forget yours.Second, the boat is spacious with a comfortable interior. It might get somewhat tight when full, but it would still have plenty of space to get ready and to get warm if you need it.Third, the dive masters were very professional without being overbearing. If you want them helping with gear setup and guiding you closely on the dive they were happy to help. If you want to set up everything your own way and stay back a little they seemed content with that.Fourth, the dives were great. Reminded me a lot of the Pacific Northwest of Canada where I'm from. If you have only done warm water diving it's a unique experience with some really cool things. Tip if you're a cold blooded diver, bring a thermos of water you boiled in the morning and put it in your boots before the dive to start with warmer toes.Overall I would happily dive with them again if I were in the area and would happily recommend them for all skill/comfort levels of divers.
