Stacey has been an amazing property manager to me and my family for the past 2 years, If I was a home owner of a property there is no-one else I would consider to manage the property for us! Stacey is very efficient and attentive to all of our rental needs and I've never had to follow anything up. Kate was an absolutely stellar property manager. So prompt whenever we contacted her, easy communication and made us feel extremely at ease any time we spoke. Problems were attended to immediately, and when we left before our lease was up, she worked with us to ensure we wouldn't be paying double rent, and new tenants were lined up and ready to go. Hi I would like to say that with the services I received from rent ready and the team. Mostly Stacey Goodall whom I delt mostly with that I couldn't have had any faults highly recommend as a property manager I would give 10 stars if they were an option but overall 100% happy with all dealings with rent ready as a renter of 1 of their properties they managed so again I speak very highly of their team and their services I wouldn't go elsewhere if I was to be looking for another property to rent or even a property for them to manage so a huge thank you to the Rent Ready Team all the best for the future

I have been lucky enough to work with Stacey on more than one occasion. Stacey has come a long way and although we are on different paths, we share a wealth of knowledge and support which is very valuable in this industry. Both Stacey and Kate have a high level of integrity and professionalism which is second to none.

Stacey has been an amazing and very attentive property manager for my three flatmates and I over the course of this year. As students, flatting can often be portrayed as a struggle on all fronts, but Stacey was truly exceptional and clearly cared deeply about us as tenants. Any maintenance issues were swiftly communicated to our landlord and were fixed asap, and we always felt comfortable bringing any concerns to her as communication was easy. Would highly recommend!
