I am the owner of an automotive repair shop in Petone lower Hutt, I had contacted Zero clean to do a head lamp restoration on a customers vehicle, vehicle was booked in for a Thursday midday, i received a phone call to change the booking due to poor work flow management, i was informed by Victoria the office lady that i could choose another day and time and was assured that we were the first job off the day so Tuesday the next week was confirmed and booked in for 8:30 am, I had then had to contact them on the day of the booking to reconfirm time and was now informed they cant do the vehicle till 11 am but can't guarantee the time. I had no contact from them to change the booking till i call them at 9:30 amWith not much of concern to me or my customers needs, I DO NOT recommend this company to anybody and would proceed with great caution.
