Morningside Lodge
I've been here just over 2 yrs am loving it don't plan to move. Managers are so friendly & helpful. Myself being Deaf they step up communicate the best they can we understand each other very well. The lodge is awesome very clean Trudy is always buzzing around fixing or cleaning or just stops to chat. The rooms are of a good size set up comfortably. Other tenants are friendly it's a happy place. We each look out for each other. I feel safe & part of a great community. I also love that we are close to the mall & transportKeep up the great work manager you are awesome.

Morningside Lodge
I've stayed here for several years now, as a permanent resident. It's very well-run with an efficient manager - clean public rooms, good laundries and kitchen. I'd advise anyone wanting long-term accommodation to opt for one of the studios, which have a mezzanine as well as the downstairs, where there's an ensuite and fridge. Power, water, heating are all included in the rent. It's very good value for money.

Morningside Lodge
Highly recommend Morningside Lodge for long term stay. I was searching for a safe and quiet place for stay. It is a very good place with good tenants, very clean common area, room was spacious and great location near to St Lukes Mall and bus stops to the city. Sincere thanks to the onsite managers that are very friendly and helpful, makes us feel like home always.

I would like to express my sincere thanks for the remarkable service provided by the manager, who exemplifies kindness and professionalism in every interaction.I am also immensely grateful for the warm and welcoming nature of the neighbors. Their kindness and hospitality made me feel right at home and added a special touch to my visit.Moreover, I would like to commend the staff for their dedication to maintaining a pristine kitchen area. The consistent cleanliness and organization ensured a pleasant and hygienic dining experience, which greatly enhanced my overall satisfaction.

Have stayed here for a while, is very well managed by The management team, the shared kitchen, TV and washing areas are cleaned every day and are spotless.Very quite place to reside, highlight recommended for a stay if you are moving to Auckland or need somewhere to settle for a period of time.Carparking off street is free as well in first in basis.Rooms are always cleaned and spotless upon arrival and regular checks as well to ensure the quality of the tenants.

Morningside Lodge
A neat and clean place and very economical. It's a well maintained lodge and the managers are very prompt and helpful. The ensuite bath is great. There is a large kitchen with enough and more stoves and its clean and tidy. Onsite parking however is limited but there is sufficient on street parking available around the lodge.
