Asked them to fix three issues with my Range Rover Sport and they did not fix any. Ended up taking it to Bayswater European in Napier during a trip away and they identified all three issues in 30 mins.

Don’t bother taking your “older model” (pre 2015) Range Rover here for repairs. If their diagnostic computer can’t tell them which part to replace, they give up. Never return phone calls. Charged me over $2500 labour and parts, problem still wasn’t fixed, then shrugged their shoulders and gave up.They don’t care about the customer at all.Took the car home and with some research, ended up spending $400…result: it’s running like a dream.A warning to all, do the research first. Even then, don’t bring it here.

Just wanted to share my amazing experience with the public having my car repaired. Paul was very attentive and focused on what was needed to get me back on the road. He is so friendly and nothing was a problem. He went over and above with a few extras which was so unexpected like taking my car to complete its WOF and then delivering it to my work as they had no spare loan cars available at the time. He is fabulous I highly recommend him!
