Ordered the Earl Grey milk tea with pearls today. Nice Earl Grey flavor but it was so faint that unfortunately it was like I was just drinking water with a hint of Earl Grey. The milk tea itself was also very watery. A bit let down by that and wont be returning when spending $8 for this.

Nice environment located inside the Lambton Square entrance only with few dining tables. Friendly customer service as well as fair price. There aren't any size options, only one size for 7 $. But have many options for drink and peral, jelly. The trao milk with coconut jelly is something the yummiest one. Defa going to drop off when in city.

I recently got a taste for the new (to NZ) sensation, Bubble Tea. Love the subtle flavour and crazy textures. I chose warm melon and passion fruit with mint jelly cubes and yummy chewy vanilla flavoured pearls. I asked for less sweet but I think I need to request even less sweetness next time. Other than that, delicious. If you are open to adventure, go there and design your own crazy taste journey. Or choose one of their many combination suggestions.

It’s my friend’s company ofc it’s 5 star. More cost friendly compared to Gong Cha or Wucha for the same if not better quality and taste. And to quote my son, “Slushy is way better than smoothies. Everybody knows that”. Contrary to common preconceptions like “kids are stupid”, children are far more insightful than we give them credit for.

I was refused service because I did not show vaccine passport for a TAKE AWAY bubble tea. Its bad enough to have all these mandates these days, but making up more rules over and above government's requirements and policing their own fearful policies as well is over the top. I refuse to ever go back, there are enough other good bubble tea shops around, close by in Wgtn. I do not support Noahs ark anymore and do not recommend anyone to support these dictators with their own rules and regulations, beyond governments requirements. Hope you will be held accountable for your discrimination

Very bad experience. Asked for and paid for pearls in both of our teas one had a tiny amount and the other had none. When questioned about the lack of pearls shop assistant said “I promise they are in there” none were in there.

I would say the best bubble tea in town! This is my place to go ! Usually there at least once per week. Lovey staff, can recommend you some combos different from the menu if you ask for their opinion.Things that i really like about this place is the app that makes the order easy. Pay with your phone . How easy ! Dont need to bring your card. The place is aesthetically pleasing. Clean ans inviting. Some of my favorites are Thai milk tea, passion fruit, taro tea.I never had a bad service there . The staff is very attentive. They want you to enjoy the bubble tea experience and come back for more!

I don't think the shop assistant understood the customer. I ordered 50% sugar before, and two cups of 100% sugar were given to me, and the topping was wrong. I ordered oolong tea with pearls, and the other cup with coconut. When I got my hands on the oolong tea, it was coconut and pearls, and the other cup was only pearls. Today's two cups of Full ice milk tea were de-iced for me

Lovely environment, has a cute little couch that you can sit on and wait for your order. Really appreciated the worker bringing it straight to us while i was in a deep conversation with someone ! One thing I would not is the inconsistency of the pearls. Some were very small but overall i never have issues with Noah’s Ark.

To me, Noah's Ark seems like a confused bubble tea shop; a mix between your local ice cream shop which has a small fruit tea range, and a premium, expensive shop such as Wucha.Despite the marketing of them being traditional, I have found this to be the total opposite when comparing to other bubble tea chains such as Gong Cha, which originates from Taiwan. In particular, the flavouring of the brown sugar (my regular), is definitely not traditional when comparing to Gong cha. Despite this, it tastes somewhat good, so I wouldn't let this stopping me coming here - unless you're looking for the most traditional drink possible, in which case I would recommend Gong Cha or Wucha.Something I do take issue with though is the overall quality. Pearls done well are a big marketing point for them, and well I have to agree that the pearls are a perfect density, sadly the mixer they use means that many of the flavour contained in the pearls from the cooking process is sadly loss and incorporated into the overall drink, leaving you with bland pearls. A simple fix would be to add the pearls after the mix/shaking has occurred. In saying this though, most other bubble tea chains generally perfect pearls also, so I probably wouldn't call this a marketing point.Overall quality isn't great; I generally find my regular brown sugar to be watery, and have even seen the staff adding additional water to fill up a quarter empty cup! When it's already 50% ice, this can result in a water drink. Furthermore, the brown sugar flavour isn't very intense, when compared to other shops, and selected a higher sweetness only leads to a sweeter drink - in future, I would recommend that they increase the amount of brown sugar per drink. They openly advertise their use of dairy free creamy, but regardless of how much more/less it costs them to buy, it is a much lower quality compared to dairy creamer, resulting in a thin drink. In future, I would like to see dairy becoming the default with the option to switch to dairy free. I find that the overall quality of the drink is quite variable when comparing to other stores which generally remain quite stable.I appreciate their use of environmentally friendly packaging, though in future would like to see them use some sort of removable lid for if you get cheese foam like most other bubble tea shops do.I find the service to be quite hit and miss - sometimes the stuff and really nice, and sometimes they're kind of rude. It's a reasonable price compared to other bubble tea shops, though I suspect this is at the price of other aspects. The size (which is the equivalent of large), is the only one they offer - which is a plus when considering that their only size is often cheaper than another shops small, though again, this is definitely at the price of quality, and bearing in mind that other shops offer student free upsize, this closes the difference for some. However, I would still recommend Noah's Ark, since their drinks are overall good. However, if you're willing to pay a little extra, you may prefer alternatives which are of (in my opinion) higher quality and more intense flavour.
