I had a bag that needed a screw replaced - another shoe and bag repair shop in Wellington held onto it for a week before they said they didn't have the right size and couldn't do anything about it. Molesworth Shoe & Bag Repair had it fixed in less than 24 hours and for a very reasonable price! I'll definitely be using them for any future repair work.

An absolute shocker of a zip repair on expensive boots. Bad stitching, glue everywhere, and it doesn't even zip right to the top! Steer clear of this place.

I got stitching on a bag repaired and the workmanship is so poor. I went to a specialist bag repair because I thought they would know how to get under the lining so that the repair would be discreet and the bag would look brand new. The stitching is a different colour to the strap, it is not stitched in a straight line and they have sewn right through the lining so that the stitching is visible on both the inside and outside of the bag and the inside of the bag is all bunched up. I’ve also been there for shoe repairs to resole a shoe and the repairs only lasted a few months. Will not be returning.

Use it, if you would like your ECCO shoes look like that. They required a little bit of repairing and I was so stupid to come to this service, I paid and was promised to fix. Yes, I received money back and shoes with peeled of heels and words that they can not do them. Without any word of excuse! After one trial to use my poor shoes they became like on the pictures bellow. They completely spoiled them. I believe services should not be like that!
