Barry was so helpful. I'd bought a Shade 7 online and had pretty poor support. So, I finally did what I should have done from the start and contacted Shade Plus. Even though I didn't buy through them Barry went out of his way to help me. Thank you

I went to Shade Plus to see if they had any offcuts that I could use on a project I am working on. I can't remember who I spoke with but he was fantastic and very helpful. They didn't have any offcuts but they had old sample swatches and he was able to match the colour and gave me the old swatch. Amazing service and help. I am looking at installing a sun shade over my deck area so will certainly be back to Shade Plus in the future.

Great service and quality shade sails,the first one worked so good we got another for the side of house and will be getting them to do front awning at some stage.Good quality fabric , great hardware and friendly helpful people who give the right advice as to where to position sails etc. Posts used can be powder coated and are very unobtrusive.Still loving the sails,well done guys

We love the new rotary umbrella we bought here. Big price tag but has the quality that makes it worth it. We may buy another for over our spa and dining area.

Made a replacement cover for our gazebo for about a third of the price quoted to us by another company. Also came to our house for a measure, eventhough they had our old cover, just to make sure they get it right. Excellent service and communication
