I recently had to move suddenly and was dealing with Matt @ OnePlace and he was able to make this a very quick and simple process - compared to some property agents I've dealt with recently - all the paperwork was correctly filed and provided in full with all signatures - things that were mentioned in passing were handled and sent through very quickly - the building manager was happy to see Matt which I thought was a good sign and overall I've had the most painless experience with securing the apartment out of any over the last 6 years. Cheers ! I'll be sticking with OnePlace in future.

I had an issue with an appliance upon move in and they sent a person to fix it and asked me to pay for it. They never bothered to clear the issue during my tenancy, didn't even bother to reply back , however they reduced the amount from my bond despite even agreeing that this wasn't my issue.
