Worst cab company ever. Book in the early morning. No driver assigned and not inform me until I rang. Cancel the trip but charged me 1 dollar through credit card.

Booked a cab from corporate cabs via airnz app (a few days in advance). Received booking confirmation text, a text when cab had been dispatched and a text upon arrival. Driver was courteous and helpful. Cab was very clean.This is the second time I’ve booked corporate cabs and have found it to be reliable / consistent from my experience.Will book again. Thanks for your hard work!

Appalling service. Cab five minutes late jeopardising airport checkin. Rude phone service, not at all helpful when I enquired when I might expect the cab. Driver then exceeded the speed limit to get there on time. I booked this as a treat & a nice way to start a holiday. I will not be paying a premium to use this service again.*EDIT* corporate cabs approached me privately & apologised & offered to transfer me to the airport again to ensure I received the experience that they aim for all customers to enjoy. It was an excellent (& on time & safe) trip this time I am pleased to say!

Extremely poor service. Pre booked a taxi over a week in advance (which was well overpriced for the distance, $45 for 8km) and was phoned to say it would be up to 20 minutes late. After waiting and no taxi- it took two fairly direct phonecalls to even convince them to send a driver. Overall, waited 50 minutes and the hotel was due to close. We held up the hotel staff by an extra 30 minutes and missed dinner on top of this. Our driver was lovely and did his best but this is not good enough for a company

One of corporate cabs taxi drivers physically threatened me when he got out of his cab at a set of traffic lights. He came to my window and threatened to smash my teeth down my throat" all over me pulling out in front of him while he was speeding. All while he had customers in his cab. His behavior caused traffic to come to a halt as he was holding up traffic at green lights.I informed the company via email and they refused to contact me back regarding this.Incredibly unprofessional all around"

I phoned to explain my situation, I wanted the safest way home for my young daughter and me after a concert but we were unsure of pick up. I phoned at least half an hour earlier than arranged with a pick up place. Driver was there waiting, great service, beautiful clean cab, straight to the doorstep. Thank you!

Previously my go-to, Corporate Cabs has become increasingly unreliable. I've had perhaps three occasions in the last few weeks where I have been told that there are no drivers available. I recall similar issues from an earlier pre-Covid trip to Christchurch.

Was in Christchurch and had opportunity to use Corporate Cabs numerous times over 3 days - myself and two work colleagues from Dept of Corrections.I cannot at all fault them.Punctual and good communication with texts - very good service.The drivers were great, conversant and willing to go out of their way when/if necessary.Would definitely recommend them.Thanks to the 3 drivers over the course of the 3 days Barrie, Clint and the last day I failed to write the drivers name but on his tag was his surname (Holden Calais JUB532).Many thanks.
