4 Seasons Nails

Today they didn't cut my nails before applying fakes ontop and now I have different length nails underneath and a gap between the fake nails and real nails which is getting food trapped between them (no more cooking for me). Looks nice until you turn the nail over... not worth $100!!!!! Plus it took 1 and a half hours due to not enough staff.

I will preface this by saying they did offer to fix my nails but by this time I decided I had wasted enough time and instead opted for them to remove the nail polish and went to get a nail file and nail polish from the pharmacy to do it myself.The salon was very busy, we offered to come at a later time, this was refused as they could do the nails now. The station they lead us to eventually, was filthy, covered in bits of nail and the tools weren’t clean either. The nails were done fast, with poor filings so the ends of the nails were „fluffy“ with lots of stragglers. The polish was slapped on haphazardly, incredibly unevenly creating a lava lamp feel of thick polish underneath. The top coat when it was applied removed large amounts of the polish underneath. Which the attendant wiped off on a cloth and kept applying polish.Utterly disgraceful. Was demanded that I pay for the service. I did. But will never return and highly recommend you avoid.

Love, love, love getting my nails done with these ladies, they're very sweet and talented! Always come back no matter what! They're always able to bring my ideas to life but when they cant they're very open about it! Wish I could find more photos of their amazing work! Highly reccomend these girls!

Not only was this a terrible and over priced pedicure. I was left with the gift of warts. Avoid!

First time customer and trang did my nails really nice, and I actually got a loyalty card and was planning on coming back regularly. unfortunately the gel polish bubbled up the next day.I came back to get them fixed yesterday. I was seated and given the colour swatches to choose a colour so I did.A lady came from the back room and came up to me in the waiting area and was very rude she told me she would need to charge me for a new colour( even though the other woman told me to choose a colour) and that she would only fix the nails that were bubbled (only 3 nails weren’t bubbled) she then seated me and told me that if it happened again they wouldn’t be able to fix them. This lady was extremely rude and argumentative and talking to the other employees in Chinese the whole time I was getting them fixed. She made the situation very uncomfortable the entire time. I paid $70 for the nails and she treated me like I was the one at fault for coming back to have them fixed. I told her that I had left a good reveiw(which I have removed now) and that I would be leaving a negative one as I found her to be very difficult to deal with and she laughed. So here you go rude lady your rude and poor customer service is something that should never be tolerated by a business owner and I feel sorry that the business has an employee like you because I will never come back or recommend this place

Worst manicure I’ve ever had. The place was dirty, the girl cut me and made three fingers bleed! The polish was and absolute mess. All over my skin. I can see the top cover doesn’t cover all the polish and won’t last long. When I mentioned it was an awful manicure the manager didn’t apologise of try to fix it. Avoid this place.

I loved my nails for the first 6 days but then the gel started to lift around the edge of my nails. The service was rushed, no conversation, technician was jumping around from client to client and no cleaning between clients. I really wanted to write a positive review but I do not want to lie.
