Koko and Milo had a wonderful experience today; they went from mangled and unkempt, to super handsome in 90 mins. Have already booked them in for their next groom!

Well done Pawperfection, my boy is quite nervous of new people but Anwyn had him feeling relaxed. My girl happily went for groom. They both came running in the house after their groom so happy. Thank you again. Will be booking again .

Can’t beat the convenience of having Anwyn come to our house to groom our dogs! She does a great job and is pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

I made an appointment weeks inadvance. A few days before my appointment, Anwyn cancelled my appointment without taking the time to call me. She sent 2 texts which I didn't get due to a phone issue. If I treated clients like that in my role, I wouldn't be employed. What made this worse is she blamed me - the client. All she had to do was pick up the phone. I'm so disappointed. This is not how you run a business.
