One NZ The Base

The staff here were absolutely disgusting to deal with. My damaged phone had to be sent away for repair & I was made to sign a contract for a loan phone that needed a new battery so was not in 100% working condition & was expected to pay $800 if I lost or damaged it. Upon questioning staff about this I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Are you kidding me? You're a cell phone dealer clean your act up. Consumer affairs have been notified. Will NEVER deal with Vodafone again!!

Absolutely hopeless, you'll get more useful information about vodafone from other sites. If you're new to Vodafone you'll have no idea what you have purchased. How much it's going to cost, or where all your credit has gone. Their app also has the same poor reviews.

Nice staff and very helpfull

My mother went in to setup a new sim card and plan. She paid $550 in cash to pay up the plan for a year. She then received her monthly bill which didn't include the cash amount and upon contacting Vodafone Te Awa, they now say that this cash transaction did not happen. Head office aren't interested and the owner of the branch is in full denial. This is theft.... stay away from these guys!

Bloody rude customer service from here if you ask me! Walked in and the staff looked at me like it was a problem. Left they’re really quick did not feel comfortable in there at all! I’m not sure if your staff realise that good customer service makes a huge impact for future customers. Do better.

I was in Vodafone shop in te awa today at 5:30pm and I know it’s a last minute shopping and all the staffs is cannot wait to shut the door and go home.It was the worst experience with Vodafone ever. There was two boys there at the time, please check in your system who they were.I asked about the deal for iPhone 14 pro as I wanted to see if there is some plan and stuffs and the boys just a joke! They told me yes it was a deal 400 dollars but it’s all gone GONE!! And laugh! Maybe they think I don’t know English ? I am sorry I have been in NZ for over 20 years, I am 40 years old lady not a 14 years old girl and I know exactly what you saying!They tell me to go back to see them tomorrow and I said yes I will! But I will not go there to get your service or the phone tho, I will come and talk to the manager about it.My business is using Vodafone service at the moment some of mobiles and landlines packages now I think I will have to change it all over after today.I don’t want your apologies or anything but I want the company to give those guys some lessons!

Best manager ever. He is super friendly and willing to go the extra mile even in super busy times.

2 male staff are not professional in handling customers concerns.

If it wasn't Leah, I would be very disappointed - lucky to have her helping.Loads of frustrations beforehand but I will be focusing at the positive side and express my thanks to Leah here.At least three things that she handled exceptional well there:1. Noticed tension building in the store while with her own customer. Took over the responsibility and cooled down the situation.2.
