staff are rude & always give rude looks. was there 2 minutes before the store closed, knew exactly what I was going to buy. I ran to the store from the bus exchange in 7 minutes. just for them to say no, personally I've never liked the service of this store. absolutely do not recommend!

I usually order kingfisher 6 pack, 7% 330ml alcohol per can. One time I ordered and they delivered alternative cans of beers that were NOT KINGFISHER. They delivered alternate beer 4 cans , that were not 7% per can and I paid for 6x 7%. I got a refund through uber as they did not deliver the alcohol percentage I paid for. I ordered again the order was as requested. I ordered again the order was not 6x 7% 330 ml cans but 4 × 500ml 7% cans.. I was happy with that as the volume and alcohol content was the same as 6x 7% 33o ml cans.I ordered again.. they messaged me through the Uber app.stating they only had hieneken 5% alcohol. I said okay as long as you deliver the same alcohol content I paid for hienekin will be fine ( 8.4 Heineken = 6 kingfisher per alcohol content ) They called me and stated they wanted me to cancel my order and demanded I cancel my order over and over.. this is the only store that advertise kingfisher been on the Uber app. I said you shouldn't be advertising stock you do not have ! I will have Heineken but I Want the same alcohol content I paid for. The lady agreed then canceled my order without my permission through he Uber app. DO NOT ADVERTISE YOU HAVE PRODUCT IF YOU CANNOT FILL THE ORDER ! RUDE AND FALSE ADVERTISING AND WANT TO RIP YOU OFF.

One of the worst liquor store in the Christchurch. The store person is never in the store. You have to go to the next store to find them and ask them to come. Even after that, they will probably say ahh that brand is out of stock. Don't waste your time with this,just go some where else

Went to get a 12 pack of Cruisers and a 12 pack of Vodka Tui,on the site it says both drinks should've been $25 each, $50 total.Instead a 12 pack of Cruisers cost me $33. All together it cost me $68. Wouldn't recommend going back too over priced and store is cramped I could hardly move around the store, store owner was in the bathroom so a staff member from next door took my payment. Also did not get my ID checked and I look young. Didn't scan my items, let alone give me a receipt until I came back to ask why I was overcharged, her response was this is your receipt and that was all.

Delivery drivers alert - Always delay the delivery pick orders and staff don’t even check the stock level before accepting the order, It is happened more than 10 times they dont have have right stock and customer ending up cancelling the order , wasting delivery drivers time and fuel.

They had some system errors and missed my online order. It was promptly fixed and delivered same day. Very grateful. Easy to deal with.

SOOOOO expensive!!! $18 for a 4 pack of woodies???? bffr. didnt even scan the drinks, just guessed the price which was way overpriced.

words can’t even explain how disgusted i am after shopping here. Over charged us for drinks and was rude when we confronted them about it. Very cramped place, and dirty. things aren’t clearly priced, and things that are priced on website are wrong to the ones in store. don’t recommend way better places to buy drinks near
