Very bad experience person taking orders the owner of the restaurant doesn't pay attention while taking orders!!! I ordered chicken pad Thai I was given veg pad thai, lamb stir fry was spicy come on dude ask if we want mild spicy or no chilli at all I orders 3 serve rice which was $3 each I had no idea it was just one spoon rice $3 food was Little portions $25 each dish not worth at all the best thai restaurant I would recommend everyone manee thai best so far Nickies a big fail! Am not coming here poor customer service

All I wanted was reasonably fresh ingredients, a ice cold beer and a reasonable price.What we got was great service from the first phone call, friendly quick service, a ice glass, and a very reasonable price tag with amazing food.Honestly I love my ginger tai and this pad khing was cooked to perfection.Highly recommend. And I will be back!

Booked a table for 9 but we turned up with 10, no problem they squeezed us in and gave us great service and amazing food! Was our first time and we will definitely be going back.Thanit was our maître d' and he was cool And made us feel like regulars!

We were running late for a table booking, but the restaurant catered us really well, excellent food, laksa was 5 stars. Top customer service by everyone from waiters to the owner himself. Very clean toilet, cosy feel for dining , kids friendly restaurant. Will definitely go again

Always give credit, where credit is due. Food was great. Definitely worth it. The stir fry's are a must try from here! Yes, as the previous reviews have mentioned a lot about the price, I agree it is high... But due to inflation & everything being expensive... The business has to stay afloat!Try this authentic Thai place out, you won't be disappointed. A+++ Great work T & the Team.

This restaurant never fails to impress me, service is always exceptional, food always consistent and it has a nice environment. Went after along time and I have to say Nikkies always has the same and consistent standard that you want when you go over again and again.

Best Thai in Auckland. Outstanding customer service, delicious food and friendly staff. Every dish is made and served with love and care. Going as a couple, as a family or a whole group, best place to go! Very accomodating and flexible with almost all needs accomodated. Make your next family outing at Nickies and you won’t regret.

So i went for brunch the other day and found the food to be awesome, the snapper fillets were however not that satisfactory because I’m a great fan and frequent eater of seafood so i can figure out the freshness. Otherwise everything was awesome and would go again.

Guys if u want shifty service and want to get insulted then please go to this place. We made a booking and waiting at the counter for 7mns. Staff was just standing n watching. Then we rang d bell n comes the duty manager I guess , he was sooo grumpy and said why did u ring the bell and said we are busy you WAIT. Clearly there was no customer service ethics. Wat is happening to people in NZ no customer service skills. We had kids wid us and as a family that was so embarrassing and insulting. There are far more smaller restaurants that offer great service. Would rather give them a chance. Not u BUGGERS at Nicki Thai
