You do get good deals on some items but there are hardly any signs in the aisles that indicate whats in them. The staff aren't very inviting too.Edit: I used the click & collect service and it was pretty good. Checkout operator was helpful and friendly. However, I never got a ready to collect notification and ended up calling the store.

Received my order with 2 items missing yet the invoice states that the items were shipped with the order and one of the conditioners that I ordered was replaced by a different one under that hair care line without consultation. I have emailed them and I'm yet to receive a response but I wouldn't recommend this place . My order took almost 2 weeks before it arrived and I didn't even receive my full money's worth ,a classic case of poor service and even poorer customer care .Do better bargain chemist .

Had an online order done and went to the store for pick up. Despite the online team making a mistake with the order, the staff at bargain chemist were excellent! Great customer service and looked after me throughout the whole way! Good job and thank you!

Bargain Chemist have redeemed themselves. I initially wrote a 2 star review 6 months ago, but have since changed this to a 5 star. I went into the store on Monday and it was quite busy. The staff were very helpful and lovely. I understand it can get very busy and not everyone is in a great mood, but I felt much better this time and I was able to get a great price on my purchased items.

I went to shop for buying in-store only" item. Many shelves were look bit empty. Thankfully i was able to get items that i was looking for. However the staff who was helping me to checkout

I’ve been to the Bargain Chemist 3x when I’ve been in Dunedin. I have found the staff readily available, even when they are clearly busy, and that the staff are knowledgeable and helpful about products. I often find in these cheaper chemists that staff are very unhelpful so it was a lovely surprise. The online service for bargain chemist can be slow and I think it’s a case of you get what you pay for but the Dunedin shop is fabulous.

Good instore but so slow to dispatch online orders, if I wanted something next week or the week after I would of ordered it then, maybe a prompt saying that it takes 7-10 working days to process orders before you place the order may be a good idea not in the confirmation email
