This is more about the process. There is not one portaloo company that gives a clue as to what these things cost. Everything is apply. Yet I find one on Facebook that states prices. That's all I needed without the hassle. Now I see why the company I work for (different product) gets so much business... we state prices while all our competitors don't. If you do too, you'll get more business because I rejected all 6 companies I searched for the same reason... to damn difficult to get an idea without applying to each one. So the one star is NOT for service as I'm sure it's great, just for process.
