Made the mistake of not asking price of dry-cleaning a double curtain. $254.00 Could have bought brand new from Biscoes for less. Businesses need to think of future business as won't be going back.

Took a dress into be dry cleaned. When it was returned to me, most of the colour (bright yellow) had disappeared leaving me with an insipid faded lemon dress. After speaking to the owner of the business she reimbursed me the value of the dress plus the original cost of their dry cleaning fee. While I can’t say that the customer service was great, the outcome was fair to all parties and I will use their services again when I am in Christchurch.
